Sports Enjoyment
for Individuals
with Disabilities and/or Special needs

This division was formed to promote the availability and enjoyment of sports for all individuals regardless of handicaps or limitations.  The ability to learn to set goals and “dream, dreams”, no matter how modest or lofty, and to work with others towards their accomplishment, serves as a stepping stone for the enhancement of self esteem.  These skills can also hopefully, be transferred to other areas of individuals lives.

This division’s purpose is accomplished through several avenues, including the establishment of partnerships with organizations such as Special Olympics, Easter Seals, and Amputee Assistance Organizations. 

USA Center is also honored to follow the system started by Colin Powell and adopted by “Ben and Jerry’s” where a minimum of 1% of all revenues and 1% of employee’s time are donated to non-profit organizations such as those above.
